We are two women who have a vision to create a commercial cleaning business with our customer’s needs as our priority. We achieve success through exceeding the expectations of our customers. We have a positive lasting impact on our community and others by having the opportunity to create jobs, to train and develop others beyond their expectations.
Beth
Beth lives in Ashland KY and has over 35 years managing food and retail industry. With 6 years’ experience owning her own business. Recently retired as a district manager after 14 years with Starbucks Coffee Company, Beth had the opportunity to open the first Starbucks in West Virginia and to expand the brand not only in the tri-state area but throughout the WV state. Beth has had extensive experience in hiring, training and developing employees on multiple levels. Creating and executing business plans successfully, with customer needs as the foundation of the plans, leads to success measured by customer satisfaction. If Beth is not working, she enjoys trying new recipes or diving into the book at the top of her “must read” pile.
JOYCE
Joyce lives in Ashland KY and has had multiple experiences in the past 30 years in the manufacturing, food, and retail industry. The skills that Joyce brings to Clean Your Way include her attention to details and consistent response to those details, as well as a vision for quality by problem solving by utilizing routines. Joyce has always enjoyed the hands-on aspects of work that inspire others to do their best. Joyce is a mother and grandmother. If she is not working or playing with her grandbaby she will be riding her Harley.
